Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. This policy explains when and how you can return items and receive a refund.

Return window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return on eligible items.

Eligibility

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original, sealed packaging.
  • For health and hygiene reasons, opened skincare, makeup, and personal-care products are not eligible for return unless they arrived damaged or defective.
  • Gift cards and final-sale items are non-returnable.
  • You'll need your order number as proof of purchase.

How to request a refund

Email hello@dvsestrategies.comwith your order number and the items you want to return. We'll reply with return instructions and the address to ship to. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or we sent the wrong product.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take a few additional days to appear. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and your order number. We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund.

Late or missing refunds
