Shipping & Returns
Everything you need to know about getting your order and sending it back if it's not right.
Shipping
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Once shipped, domestic delivery typically takes 3–7 business days. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order is on its way.
- Free standard shipping on all orders over $50.
- Orders under $50 are charged a flat shipping rate, calculated at checkout.
- We currently ship within the United States only.
Returns
We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, you can return eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
- For hygiene reasons, opened skincare, makeup, and personal-care items cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or defective.
- Proof of purchase (your order number) is required.
How to start a return
Email hello@dvsestrategies.comwith your order number and the items you'd like to return. We'll send you instructions and a return address. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or we made an error.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Damaged or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@dvsestrategies.comwith a photo and we'll make it right at no cost to you.
